ASB EC135H‐67A‐0071.CREASONAHD was informed of increased control forces in the collective axis in flight. The postflight inspection revealed that a nut on the piston of the MRA had cracked and wasdisplaced. The cause for the cracking of the nut is still under investigation. As a precautionary measure and analysis of the fleet a one‐time visual inspection ofthe nuts on the pistons of the MRA is introduced with this ASB. Feedback on thecompliance of this ASB is required.1.DDESCRIPTIONVisual inspection of the nuts on the pistons of the MRA for cracks, damage, blackcoloring and corrosion.Revision 0, 2018‐11‐28PAGE 3 of 12This document is available on the internet: www.airbushelicopters.com/techpub/
