In most cases, a satisfactorysolution is found at this step.Step 2 - We recognize that, on someoccasions, a customer will not betotally satisfied with a dealer'sdecision or actions in Step 1. If thisis the case, you should call or writeHonda Automobile CustomerService. If you accept thedecision, Honda will abide by it.Generally, disputes submitted toBBB AUTO LINE are resolvedwithin 40 days (47 days if you havenot first contacted Honda aboutyour complaint).limited by your vehicle's age,mileage, and other factors. In orderto file a claim, you need to provideyour name and address, the VehicleIdentification Number of yourvehicle, and a brief statementoutlining the disagreement. Initially,BBB may try to resolve thedisagreement through mediation. Ifthis is not successful, your complaintwill be reviewed by an impartial,volunteer arbitrator. You may presentthe facts of your case to thearbitrator at an informal meeting.Honda offers you the opportunity tomediate and arbitrate a disagreementthrough BBB AUTO LINE becausewe want you to feel that you havebeen treated fairly.
