ITES-4H Update Pricing: Estimated 10B ceiling Open to Army, DoD & Federal Agencies Contract Type : Firm-fixed-price multiple award IDIQs Number of anticipated Awards : 17 Period of Performance : Base period of five years plus five-one year option periods NAICS Code : 334111: Electronic Computer Manufacturing Scope : The ITES-4H contract is intended to be a total solutions based contract vehicle and includeitems that are for the fielding of a complete system or as part of a total design solution for allequipment items provided on the contract. Items such as personal computers and notebooks are forthe total solution, as opposed to a personal computer or notebook replacement vehicle. However,commodity products not available on the ADMC contract vehicle can be procured through ITES-4H.Will be the Army’s mandatory source for IT hardware per AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1), just as ITES-3H is currently. 7

How to Work with CHESS Current IDIQ Hardware, Software, and Services Contract Vehicles: Consider subcontracting with a current prime: To subcontract with a current prime visit the CHESS IT E-Mart and search for the contractvehicle you are interested in. Contract scopes are provided for each contract vehicle to helpvendors determine where their product offerings fit. Each contract page will provide a list of current prime vendors and their POC information. Please contact the vendors directly to request a subcontracting opportunity. Request Office Calls/Vendor meetings. Future Contract Vehicles: Business may look to compete for future versions of CHESS contracts by monitoring SAM(https://www.sam.gov) for newly released solicitations Business may also look at the PEO EIS Procurement Forecast (Business Opportunities PEO EIS(army.mil)) for upcoming CHESS solicitations.8
