This home ownership scheme allows you to buya share in your home and rent the remaining share. Overtime, you can buy more shares in your home until youown the full 100%.How does Shared Ownership work?The Shared Ownership scheme is simple, you buy aninitial share of between 40% and 75% (depending onthe development) of the home’s full value and pay asubsidised rent on the remainder.
