We were selected as one of 8institutions (out of 16 who submitted proposals) to be a nominating institution. Under this program,selected preservice teachers completing our approved licensure programs at the graduate levelwould have been eligible for a 20,000 signing bonus after taking their first job in MA.Unfortunately the MA state legislature withdrew the funding for the signing bonus program in May2003.PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTEach year I attend numerous conventions, conferences, workshops and meetings that contribute to myprofessional development.
