CHARGING YOUR HEADSETYour Jarv Wave Runner Sport Wireless BluetoothEarbuds come with a built-in rechargeable batteryand a Micro USB charging cable.Your Jarv Wave Runner Sport Wireless BluetoothEarbuds can be charged either directly from an ACpower supply (not included) or through your PC via amicro USB cable (included). Charge fully before use.The battery indicator will turn red when charging andturn Blue once charging is complete. Initial chargingtime is approximately 2 hours.Appx. 2 hours6
PAIRING YOUR HEADSETIn order to use your Jarv Wave Runner Sport WirelessBluetooth Earbuds with a Bluetooth-enabled device,you will first need to pair the two.1. Place the headset and the mobile phone where they areeasily viewable and no more than 3ft apart.2. Ensure that the headset is fully charged3. Ensure that the headset is powered off4. Press the Multi-Function button for approximately5-6 seconds until the red and blue light flashalternately which indicates that you are in PairingMode. (Note: A blue light will turn on at first but keeppressing down the pairing button until it changes to aflashing blue/red light which indicates that you are inpairing mode)Press the Multi-Functionbutton for approximately5-6 seconds until thered and blue light flashalternately.7
5. Activate your mobile phone's Bluetooth pairingfunction.6. Set the mobile phone to search for Bluetoothdevices within range and select “Jarv Wave Runner”from the list of devices shown.7. If you are prompted for a Passcode enter “0000”and press “ok” to pair the headset with your mobilephone. (Note: If the Bluetooth version of your phoneis 2.1, there is no need to enter the passcode whenpairing.)8. CALL MODEAnswering a CallWhen you receive a call, the ring tone will be heardthrough the headset. Short Press the Multi-Functionbutton once to accept the call or answer the callnormally via your mobile phone.Rejecting a CallPress and hold the Multi-Function button for 2seconds to reject the incoming call.Ending a CallShort Press the Multi-Function button to end thecall or end the call directly from your mobile phone.Redialing a CallPress the Multi-Function button twice to redial thelast dialed phone number on your mobile phone.00
MUSIC MODEAdjusting the VolumeShort Press the Volume to increase volume orVolume – to decrease volume. You will hear a beepwhen you reach the maximum or minimum volumelevel. (You can also adjust the volume on yourhandset or device)Play/Pause MusicWhen the Bluetooth headset is connected with yourmobile phone and music player, press theMulti-Function button once to play music. ShortPress the Multi-Function button while music isplaying to pause music. Connection with The Last PairedDeviceWhen powered on, the headset will automaticallyconnect with the last successfully paired device. Ifthe connection is successful, it enters standbymode. If the devices fail to connect within 5minutes after the pairing has been initiated, theheadset will turn off automatically.02
TROUBLESHOOTINGIf you are unable to connect your headset and mobilephone, please try the following:Ensure that your headset is fully charged andpowered on.Ensure that the headset is paired with your mobilephone.Ensure that your mobile phone's Bluetooth feature isactivated. Please refer to your mobile phone userguide for specific instructions.Ensure that the headset is within a 10 meter (30 ft.)range of your mobile phone and that there are noobstructions, such as walls or other electronicdevices, between the two.If the above steps do not solve your problem, pleaseremove your mobile phone battery for a short timeand recharge the headset. Repeat thetroubleshooting sequence.03
