WESENT YOU 'THIS NOTICE BECAUSE WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR SAFETY.Daimlerchrysler AG (DCAG), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has decided that a defect which relates to motorvehicle safety exists in certain Model Year 2007 M-Class and R-Class vehicles. The accelerator pedal in some M and RClass vehicles might not have been fully fastened to its mounting studs. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) therefore hasinitiated a recall of these vehicles.
