If the superintendent determines that a plan of action based on restorative justice may be used successfully, the superintendent mustallow the modification (NRS 392.466.7).Removal Solely Based on Attendance Not Permitted A student may not be expelled, suspended, or removed solely for offenses related to attendance or if the student has been deemed a truant or habitual truant (NRS 392.467.5).
