Task III: PREPARING OUR SOLDIERSTO BE SUCCESSFUL H2H will assist Soldiers with challenges of buildingsuperior resumes, robust applications and practiceinterviews. Soldiers will be exposed to an opportunity atGCC/GHRA/GTA/ to obtain national certificationsin several fields of disciplines (stackablecertifications) to broaden their choices of careers. During reintegration, Soldiers will be given theopportunity to apply for Tuition Assistance forenrollment into the trades program.– The program will be a 90 day certification producingopportunity to assist Soldiers to compete for skilledjobs that pay well.Confront Challenge Conquer Adversity Soar to Excellence!
