Our Customer TermsTelstra Mobile - Corporate Mobile PlusCertain words are used with the specific meanings set in Part A – General of theTelstra Mobile section, or in the General Terms of Our Customer Terms.1ABOUT THIS PART1.1This is part of the Telstra Mobile section of Our Customer Terms. Provisionsin other parts of the Telstra Mobile section, as well as in the General Termsof Our Customer Terms, may apply.(a)See clause 1 of the General Terms of Our Customer Terms for moredetail on how the various sections of Our Customer Terms should beread together.(b)See clause 1 of Part A – General of the Telstra Mobile section formore detail on how the various parts of the Telstra Mobile sectionshould be read together.1.2From time to time, Telstra may include extra content or value add serviceswithin the minimum monthly charge of any plan in this Part. Such extracontent or value add services may be available for a limited time.2CORPORATE MOBILE PLUS PLANSNot available for new service connections or service changes from01 January 2023 and discontinued from 30 March 2023.Availability2.1Unless we otherwise agree, Corporate Mobile Plus is not available to new orrecontracting customers on and from 18 August 2020.Eligibility2.2To be eligible to connect mobile services under Corporate Mobile Plus, youmust have:(a)an ABN, ACN or ARBN; and(b)a current Corporate Mobile Plus customer agreement with us.2.3Services connected to plans other than Corporate Mobile Plus Plans can’t beon the same account as services on Corporate Mobile Plus Plans.2.4Corporate Mobile Plus Plans are not available with any other Telstra offerunless advised by us otherwise.Plan type2.5Corporate Mobile Plus Plans are casual month-by-month plans.2.6You are only eligible to connect mobile services to the Corporate Mobile PlusPlans set out in your Corporate Mobile Plus customer agreement.2.7If you entered into a Corporate Mobile Plus customer agreement before 20July 2016 (including recontracts and extensions on substantially the sameTELSTRA MOBILE: CORPORATE MOBILE PLUS – Last updated 7 October 2020Page 2 of 13

The MRO terms and conditions are set out in Part C –Special Promotion of the Telstra Mobile Section of Our Customer Terms.Payment and eligible usage2.102.11Each month, you must pay us:(a)the minimum monthly access charges for your mobile servicesconnected to a Corporate Mobile Plus Plan;(b)any minimum monthly charges for your Committed Data Plans;(c)any excess use or Eligible Usage not included in your CorporateMobile Plus Plan (subject to our FairPlay Policy);(d)any MRO handset repayments; and(e)any other services that you use through your Corporate Mobile PlusPlans.Your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan may include a monthly allowance (MonthlyCall Allowance) to use towards the following usage:(a)most types of national direct dial voice calls, video calls, SMS andMMS messages made in Australia to standard Australian numbers;TELSTRA MOBILE: CORPORATE MOBILE PLUS – Last updated 25 February 2021.Page 3 of 13
Our Customer TermsTelstra Mobile - Corporate Mobile Plus Plans(b)voice calls to 1800, 11xx, 13xx, and 12xx numbers (excludingSensis 1234, 12455 and 12456 services);(c)standard national SMS and MMS messages sent to mobile numberson an Australian network within Australia;(d)calls and SMS to most satellite mobiles;(e)MessageBank Standard diversion and retrieval calls;(f)diversion of calls to fixed numbers in Australia with an 02, 03, 07 or08 area code and mobile numbers in Australia commencing with 04xxbut excluding diversion to any other number;(g)if you have a Corporate Mobile Plus Basic 20 Plan, eligible datausage in Australia and standard international direct dialling calls fromAustralia (including connection charges); and(h)any other calls or messages as determined by us,(ELIGIBLE USAGE).2.12Eligible Usage cannot be used for other call types including information calls,Call Answers, Memo and Phone Page, third party content calls, internationalcalls and messages, international roaming calls and messages, premiumSMS and MMS, reverse charges calls, calls to Sensis 1234, 12455, 12456and calls to 19xx, calls to Pivotel mobiles and any other calls or messages asdetermined by us.2.13Unless otherwise set out in your Corporate Mobile Plus customer agreement,the included monthly allowances for Eligible Usage for your Corporate MobilePlus Plans are described further in clause 2.42.2.14Any unused allowance expires at the end of each month.FairPlay Policy2.15Our FairPlay Policy – Business Use (as set out in Part A - General of theTelstra Mobile section of Our Customer Terms) applies to Corporate MobilePlus Plans except that terms relating to excessive use do not apply to anyunlimited Eligible Usage of a Corporate Mobile Plus Plan. For the purpose ofthis clause, data volumes are calculated in accordance with clause 2.33.2.16In addition to the Our FairPlay Policy, you must not use, or allow others touse any service connected to a Corporate Mobile Plus Plan:(a)as a point of interconnect for calls from overseas into Australia;(b)in connection with any machine-to-machine applications (i.e. anyautomated telemetry, telematics or telemetrics application whichlinks two or more systems or devices with a mobile data connection);(c)to establish any point to point connections with another modem; or(d)to send messages to any numbers that we reasonably believe havebeen set up to enable you or another person to commercially exploitTELSTRA MOBILE: CORPORATE MOBILE PLUS – Last updated 25 February 2021.Page 4 of 13
Our Customer TermsTelstra Mobile - Corporate Mobile Plus Plansour services.2.17Any use of a Corporate Mobile Plus Plan in a way described in clause 2.16 isa material breach incapable of remedy and we may immediately suspend orcancel your service without notice to you.International calls allowance2.18Your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan may include a monthly allowance for callsand SMS to standard international fixed and mobile numbers (MonthlyInternational Call Allowance) as set out in 2.42.2.19Any unused Monthly International Call Allowance expires at the end of eachmonth.International roaming allowance2.20Your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan’s monthly access charge may include anoverseas roaming allowance for voice calls, SMS and/or data usage inEligible Countries as set out in 2.42 (Monthly International RoamingAllowance). The list of Eligible Countries is set out in clause 10 of Part I –Heading Overseas – International Roaming of the Telstra Mobile Section ofOur Customer Terms. Any unused Monthly International Roaming Allowanceexpires at the end of each month.2.21If you exceed your Monthly International Roaming Allowance, subject toclause 2.42, you will be charged for any additional data usage in an EligibleCountry and standard international roaming charges for all other usage andfor all usage in countries other than Eligible Countries in accordance with thecharges set out in Part I – Heading Overseas – International Roaming of theTelstra Mobile Section of Our Customer Terms.2.22The included allowances provided with your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan(including your unlimited Monthly Call Allowance, your Monthly InternationalCall Allowance and Monthly International Roaming Allowance (if any))cannot be shared between any other services connected on your CorporateMobile Plus account.International roaming DAY PASS2.23On and from 21 May 2018, if international roaming is activated on themobile services connected to the Corporate Mobile Plus Plans on youraccount at the time you connected these mobile services to the CorporateMobile Plus Plans, then you also agree to take up an International Roaming 10 Day Pass (IR Day Pass) for each mobile service connected to aCorporate Mobile Plus Plan on your account (except Executive and GlobalPlans) on the terms set out in clause 12 of Part I – Heading Overseas –International Roaming of the Telstra Mobile Section of Our Customer Terms(IR Day Pass Terms). The IR Day Pass will be charged to your accountwhen it is activated according to the IR Day Pass Terms.Service Level Packs2.24If your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan has a minimum monthly access charge of 40 or more (excluding Data SIM Plans), then you can choose to have aMessageBank Plus Pack or Voice2Text Pack (each a Service Level Pack).TELSTRA MOBILE: CORPORATE MOBILE PLUS – Last updated 25 February 2021.Page 5 of 13
Our Customer TermsTelstra Mobile - Corporate Mobile Plus PlansYour handset must have iOS 4.3 or above to use MessageBank Plus.2.25You may cancel a Service Level Pack at any time.2.26We do not charge you a monthly access fee to use MessageBank Standardwith your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan. Other MessageBank Standard chargescontinue to apply and are set out in Part F – Managing Calls of the TelstraMobile section of Our Customer Terms.Data usage2.27In addition to our rights under the FairPlay Policy, if you exceed the monthlyincluded data allowance in Australia for your mobile service on an eligibleCorporate Mobile Plus Local or National Plan each month for threeconsecutive months, we may move your service to an eligible CorporateMobile Plus National or Global Plan of the same type with the next higherminimum monthly access charge. This change to your service will applyfrom the next billing month, without further notice to you.2.28Example: if you have a National Data SIM 100 plan, and exceed your dataallowance as described in this clause, we may move your service to a GlobalData SIM 160 plan.2.29If we reasonably believe that you are in breach of our FairPlay Policy due toexcessive data use on your Local, National or Global Plan, we reserve theright (but do not automatically) charge the following standard applicableretail rates for data use exceeding your FairPlay allowances on your Local,National and Global Plans:2.30(a)0.8c per Mb for data use in Australia; and(b)our standard international roaming charges set out in Part I –Heading Overseas – International Roaming of the Telstra MobileSection of Our Customer Terms for data use outside Australia.If you have a:(a)Local, National or Global Plan, we consider that use exceeding theallowances in clause 2.42 to be excessive use for the purpose of ourFairPlay Policy; or(b)Basic 20, Entry 40, Standard 60, Professional 80, Executive 120, Data SIM 5, Data SIM 40, X-Large Data SIM BYO or XXLarge Data SIM BYO Plan, we will charge you for data usageaccording to clause 2.39.2.31The applicable data charging method will be selected in your CorporateMobile Plus customer agreement with us and will apply to all Basic 20,Entry 40, Standard 60, Professional 80, Executive 120, Data SIM 5and Data SIM 40 Plans under that agreement.2.32Eligible data usage for the purposes of this section is described in Part G –Data Services of the Telstra Mobile Section of Our Customer Terms. We willonly charge you up to 500 per month per service (Cap) for all your eligibledata usage. Our Customer TermsTelstra Mobile - Corporate Mobile Plus Plans2.33When calculating data volumes in this section:(a)where the volume of data transferred is not a whole number ofkilobytes, it is rounded up to the next kilobyte at the earlier of theend of each session or 24 hours; and(b)1024 bytes 1 kilobyte (KB) and 1024 kilobytes 1 megabyte (MB)Committed Data Plan2.34A Committed Data Plan is:(a)a month-to-month add-on which provides a monthly data allowance(Monthly Data Allowance) that expires at the end of each month; and(b)available with Entry 40, Standard 60, Professional 80, Executive 120, Data SIM 5 and Data SIM 40 Plans.2.35Your Monthly Data Allowance under your nominated Committed Data Planwill be automatically pooled and shared with the Monthly Data Allowance ofservices on eligible Corporate Mobile Plus Plans on the same account(Shared Monthly Data Allowance).2.36You can change or cancel your Committed Data Plan at any time, unlessotherwise set out in your Corporate Mobile Plus customer agreement. Anychange or cancellation will apply to all Corporate Mobile Plus Plans eligiblefor the Committed Data Plan on your account. The terms applying to thesechanges are as follows:2.37CHANGETERMSIf you move to a lowerCommitted Data PlanWe will apply your new allowance (unless you move toPAYG Data charges) and excess data rates from the nextbilling cycle.If you move to a higherCommitted Data PlanWe will apply your new allowance and data charges fromthe next billing cycle.If you move to PAYG DatachargesYour current data allowance will expire at the next billingcycle. We will apply your excess data rates from the nextbilling cycle.This table sets out what will happen to your Shared Monthly Data Allowanceif you make a change to Corporate Mobile Plus Plan associated withCommitted Data Plan in between billing months:CHANGETERMSCancelledAny unused data as at the date of cancellation willremain on your account for the remainder of that billingmonth.AddedA full month’s data allowance will be added to yourShared Monthly Data Allowance for the month (it willnot be pro-rated).TELSTRA MOBILE: CORPORATE MOBILE PLUS – Last updated 25 February 2021.Page 7 of 13
Our Customer TermsTelstra Mobile - Corporate Mobile Plus PlansMoved to anotheraccountThe total data contributed to the Shared Monthly DataAllowance by the relevant service will be removed fromthe original account.If the data used by the relevant service is greater thanthe data contributed, the maximum data removed fromthe Shared Monthly Data Allowance of the originalaccount will be data used by relevant service.If the data used by the relevant is less than the datacontributed, then only the data used will be deductedfrom the Shared Monthly Data Allowance of the originalaccount for the applicable month.2.38If your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan is no longer available, we may migrateyour mobile service onto another current plan which is reasonablycomparable. There is noearly termination charge (ETC) at service level (ETCs may apply when youcancel your Corporate Mobile Plus customer agreement) but you must payany costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including any minimumspend and services commitments in your Corporate Mobile Plus customeragreement. If you change or cancel your Corporate Mobile Plus Plan during abilling cycle, you will receive a pro-rata refund of your monthly charge andyour included call allowance will be pro-rated for that billing cycle.2.41You may move mobile services to another Corporate Mobile Plus Plan with adifferent minimum monthly access charge no more than once every threemonths as long as you continue meeting any minimum spend and minimumnumber services commitments in your customer agreement.Charges and inclusions2.42Unless otherwise set out in your Corporate Mobile Plus customer agreementwith us, the following charges and inclusions apply to your Corporate MobilePlus Plans (refer to the above sections for further data inclusions and rates):TELSTRA MOBILE: CORPORATE MOBILE PLUS – Last updated 25 February 2021.Page 9 of 13 5GB
